Revelation 19:9 And the angel said to me, “Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding feast of the Lamb.” And he added, “These are true words that come from God.” (NLT)

Last spring, something happened that none of us could ever have predicted. We worshipped in our homes for 12 weeks due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Week to week, we waited. How long would it last? Many of you are still worshipping in your homes, but I know that you long to worship at your campus, with the people you love at your church. Why is that?

Sunday morning worship, as incredible as it is, is just a glimmer of what we will experience in eternity. We, the Church, are the Bride of Christ. In heaven, we will be gathered together with all our brothers and sisters in Christ from all over the world, through all the ages. Another reason we can worship? Because this is the true word from God. This gathering of God’s Church will happen one day, and we can sing in expectation of that day!

Each day this week, I’m going to link a worship song. Take a few minutes to listen and turn your eyes upon Jesus!
