Saturday Morning Clean Up
(if it rains)
We are planning to have Jesus Prom outside, but in the event of rain, we will need a few folks to arrive Saturday morning after prom to help get the building ready for Sunday services. (Age 16+ or accompanied by an adult.)
What is my arrival time?
Arrival times vary depending on your volunteer role. Each role’s specificed time is listed on the sign up link. You’ll also receive an email closer to prom with your role specific details.
Where do I enter and park for the event?
Our parking team will direct you from the New Circle Road or Richmond Road entrances to the Volunteer parking lot on the back side of the building.
Where do I enter?
Our parking team will direct you to the Large Shell entrance doors on the back side of the building to check in.
What can I bring into the event?
There will not be a place to store any belongings in the building so please lock everything securely in your car.
How do I get a t-shirt?
Jesus Prom volunteers will be supplied with a t-shirt to wear at the event. Simply fill out your size on the registration form and we’ll give it to you at Training Night!
What if I want to connect with a specific prommer?
We won’t be matching volunteers with specific prommers at the event. If there is a specific prommer you want to connect with we suggest joining that prommer as their caregiver during check-in.
What if my child isn’t old enough to volunteer?
If your child isn’t old enough to volunteer on their own, they are more than welcome to accompany you. We would prefer one on one supervision for any child under 16 years old. But keep in mind, the focus of this night is on Jesus and the Prommers. Please consider whether you will be able to focus on those priorities with your child alongside you before you make the decision to bring them with you.
Going to arrive late / need to cancel?
If you discover you won’t be able to serve that night, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
