We have TWO exciting events planned to kick off Thanksgiving!
Southland Students Friendsgiving | Wednesday, November 18
Friendsgiving is a night where students gather around one huge table to share a Thanksgiving meal, build friendships, and enjoy a Southland Student’s service together, filled with fun, worship, and a presentation of the Gospel again to reach one more!
Smith Village Thanksgiving | Thursday, November 19
We’ll load up cars and go out into Smith Village, where we have our Thursday night program for kids and provide a Thanksgiving meal for them and their families with all the items needed for a home-cooked Thanksgiving meal.
Here’s how you can help…
The biggest way is by donating items for these two meals. You can drop them right in our donation bin in the lobby on a Sunday morning. We’re looking for things like a whole frozen turkey, canned goods, boxed stuffing, rolls, instant potatoes, cranberry sauce, mac & cheese, and dessert mixes.
