Plan your visit

We’re so excited you’re planning on visiting Southland and we’re already preparing for your visit!

Arrival Time
To make your experience as easy and quick as possible, plan on arriving about 15 minutes before the service starts. This will give you time to park, get in the building, and find a seat. If you have kids you’re planning to check into Southland Kids, plan for a few extra minutes.

Navigating the Parking Lot
When you arrive, look for the bright green signs that say “New Here”. Those will direct you to a special parking area right by the main entrance that’s just for you. You’ll know you’re there when you see the bright green flags and cones. (That way, even if you’re running late, you’ll get a great spot!)

Entering the Building
Once you’re parked, head inside and look for volunteers wearing blue ‘How Can I Help?’ lanyards or stop by the Help Desk. Whether you need directions, have questions, or need help getting your kids checked in, we’re here to help.
