Elders

Our leadership is built on a simple commitment: We lead best when we are led by Jesus.

  • Jesus’ Authority: Every Elder must portray a life of "increasing submission." We seek men who are visibly yielding every area of their lives to the reign of Christ.

  • Biblical Reality: We don’t lead based on opinion or trends. We lead based on the unchanging truth of Scripture, specifically the qualifications set in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.

  • Missional Clarity: We are a church on a mission. Our Elders protect the focus of the church, ensuring we never lose sight of reaching the lost and making disciples.

Gritty Discipleship

We look for gritty disciples: men who are committed to following Jesus no matter what. These are leaders who have been tested, who have stayed the course through trial, and who possess the spiritual toughness to lead our church.
