Southland Internships
About
Southland is a multi-site church of people in Central Kentucky that is committed to living in the power of God, staying anchored in the Word of God, and being on the mission of God.
We’re equipping college students to serve the local church as they explore their call to ministry.
We offer Fall and Spring internships for local college students and Summer internship for local or nonlocal college students.

Our INTERNSHIP Format

Beginning the last week of May, all interns will spend a portion of their summer learning and serving together on Student Ministry trips and at Southland events. Each intern will also receive specialized training in a specific area of ministry as they are paired with a staff member to serve alongside and learn from their wisdom and experience. Interns will gather weekly for cohort learning and encouragement.

Summer interns will receive a small stipend.

Host homes are available to summer interns from out of town.

Summer applications open in September and close by February. Interns are selected in February.
Fall applications open in March and close by June. Interns are selected in June.
Spring applications open in July and close by October. Interns are selected in October.
