Judges 3:12-31 | Sin, repent—Rinse and repeat. That was Israel’s spiritual resume, and they often paid dearly for it. But sometimes, a grace-filled God raised an unexpected leader to save them. In today’s message, God’s first-round draft choice was a left-handed (considered a defect in Jewish culture) man named Ehud and the incredible things God did through him.

Weekend Scripture: Judges 6-7

Jeremiah, the “weeping” prophet, once cried, “Peace, peace, when there is no peace.” He was like a doctor telling a patient, “You may feel okay, but you’re not.” When a physician delivers that kind of message, it usually means that drastic measures are necessary; a band-aid won’t fix it. Inner peace is the same way. It calls for a diligent response to Jehovah Shalom, our God of Peace. This message will explore how trusting God can bring more peace into our lives.

Weekend Scripture: Judges 15-16

When someone hurts us, there is a temptation in our hearts to want to pay them back. Revenge is a common but unhealthy and potentially destructive response to pain. Learning to trust God to be our defenders is an important skill to develop in the process of forgiving those who have wronged us.
