High School Fall Retreat
Fall Retreat is a weekend retreat for High School students from all Southland campuses throughout central Kentucky on November 7-9, 2025. Fall Retreat gives High School students the chance to have fun through engaging games, small group activities, and powerful worship experiences. This weekend is built to connect students to God and grow in their relationship with Him and with other students.
PRICING
$150 per student

Extras that are not included in the price, but are available for purchase at an extra cost:
Southland Students & Fall Retreat merchandise ranging from $10-$25
Coffee or smoothies from the on-site camp coffee shop
Full registration cost is due upon registration
LOCATION
Cedarmore Camp and Conference Center in Bagdad, Kentucky.

Allergies
There is a specific required form that you will need to fill out if you have any severe food allergies. This form will go straight to Cedarmore’s kitchen staff and they will work with your student individually as needed. The link is included with the waivers, but you can also fill it out here if you have not yet done so.
Allergy options will be provided at every meal, but if you have specific allergy concerns, please feel free to contact the camp’s Food Service Manager (Jon Saylor) at jsaylor@gocrossings.org.
LEADER REGISTRATION
All adult volunteer leaders will need to register for this event separately. Please contact your Campus Student Staff for a leader-specific registration link.

High School students will be supervised by background checked adults as well as Southland staff. Our goal is to keep a 1:8 adult to student ratio for events such as High School Fall Retreat.

You can drop your student off at their Southland campus around 6:30PM on Friday. They will ride charter buses to Cedarmore Camp.
You will be able to pick up your student on Sunday at around 2:30PM.
If your specific campus varies from these details in any way, you will be notified by Southland Students staff.

Our goal is to have a student to leader ratio of 8:1 (eight students to every 1 leader). We not only have at least one adult leader assigned to each student small group, but we also bring along extra Southland Staff Members and additional adult volunteer leaders to help supervise.

A max of one suitcase and one carry on per student

Athletic wear if your student desires to participate in any pick up sports, camp games, or other outdoor activities

We know and understand that students are busy and we want to make sure that every student can participate in High School Fall Retreat. With this being said, we strongly discourage students from arriving late or leaving early from the event. If a student needs to miss a section of High School Fall Retreat for a previously scheduled event, please contact your Campus Students Staff to discuss options.

If there is financial hardship within your family, and financial assistance is needed, there may be some assistance available. Please contact the Student Staff at your campus for next steps.

The full event cost is due at the time of registration. If you need to make a payment plan of some kind, please contact the Students Staff at your campus. If you are in need of financial assistance, please refer to FAQ number six.
