There is a specific required form that you will need to fill out if you have any severe food allergies. The link is included with the waivers, but you can also fill it out here if you have not yet done so.

Allergy options will be provided at every meal, but if you have specific allergy concerns, please feel free to contact the camp’s Food Service Manager (Jon Saylor) at jsaylor@gocrossings.org.

LEADER REGISTRATION

All adult volunteer leaders will need to register for this event separately. Please contact your Campus Student Staff for a leader-specific registration link.

If a student needs to miss a section of High School Fall Retreat for a previously scheduled event, please contact your Campus Students Staff to discuss options.

  • If there is financial hardship within your family, and financial assistance is needed, there may be some assistance available. Please contact the Student Staff at your campus for next steps.

  • The full event cost is due at the time of registration. If you need to make a payment plan of some kind, please contact the Students Staff at your campus. If you are in need of financial assistance, please refer to FAQ number six.
