Join us at High School Camp at Encounter Cove, open to incoming freshman through seniors! Get away and have a fun and memorable week full of games and activities, impactful teaching and worship, and time growing closer with others in small groups. Many Southland students have come back from summer trips inspired to take their first step with Jesus, get baptized, or take other big steps in their faith. It doesn't matter where you are on your spiritual journey; there is something for you at High School Camp!

Transportation to and from your main Southland campus to Missouri

Access to dozens of rec activities for “rec time” during the week such as:

Typical daily schedule (subject to change):
Morning - Breakfast, morning session, small group time
Afternoon - Lunch & recreation time around the camp

Allergies
There will be an opportunity in the registration to complete food allergy information. These questions are required for ALL participants to be able to complete registration and will be included in the registration process. Any severe allergies will be shared directly with the catering team at the event and arrangements will be made accordingly.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
If there is financial hardship within your family, and financial assistance is needed, there may be some assistance available. Please contact your campus’ Students team for next steps.
LEADER REGISTRATION
All adult volunteer leaders will need to register for this event separately. Please contact your Campus Student Team for a leader specific registration link.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a conflict arises after you have already registered your student, you will be able to receive a refund of anything you paid that is over the deposit (the deposit is non-refundable) up until the registration deadline. Once the registration deadline has passed, you will not be permitted to receive any type of refund.

Students are encouraged to attend Camp with their small group, which is supervised by their small group leader. If your student’s small group leader is not attending Camp, or your student is an incoming freshman, they will be given a background checked adult as their leader for the week. There will also be many Southland staff members present for the duration of the camp who will help supervise, in addition to the Encounter Cove Camp staff.

A packing list and more details to get your student ready for the trip will be available in your confirmation email!

You will drop off your student at the Southland campus that your student attends and will pick them back up on the evening they return. The specific time for pick up and drop off will be provided at the Camp parent meeting. Students will be taken to and from the camp on charter buses.

We know and understand that students are busy and we want to make sure that every student can participate in Camp. With this being said, we strongly discourage students from coming late or leaving early from Camp If a student needs to miss a section of Camp for a previously scheduled event, please contact your Campus Students Team.

Deposit of $100 is due upon registration and is non-refundable. Remaining payments can be made through your Planning Center account using the email address you used to register.
