Senior Trip

Join us for our Senior Trip to Panama City Beach Florida! We will go to the beach and soak up some sun while being challenged to grow in our faith. We want to take time to talk about finishing strong as students head into their last year of High School and towards what God has next for them.

Morning - Breakfast, morning session, small group time

Allergies

There will be an opportunity in the registration to complete food allergy information. These questions are required for ALL participants to be able to complete registration and will be included in the registration process. Any severe allergies will be shared directly with the catering team at the event and arrangements will be made accordingly.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

If there is financial hardship within your family, and financial assistance is needed, there may be some assistance available. Please contact your campus’ Students team for next steps.

LEADER REGISTRATION

All adult volunteer leaders will need to register for this event separately. Please contact your Campus Student Team for a leader specific registration link.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a conflict arises after you have already registered your student, you will be able to receive a refund of anything you paid that is over the deposit (the deposit is non-refundable) up until the registration deadline. Once the registration deadline has passed, you will not be permitted to receive any type of refund.

FAQs

  • Students are encouraged to attend Senior Trip with their small group, which is supervised by their small group leader. If your student’s small group leader is not attending, they will be given a background checked adult as their leader for the week. There will also be Southland staff members present for the duration of the camp who will help supervise.

  • A packing list and more details to get your student ready for the trip will be available in your confirmation email!

  • You will drop off your student at the Nicolasville Campus and will pick them back up there on the evening they return. The specific time for pick up and drop off will be provided at the parent meeting. Students will be taken to and from Florida on charter buses.

  • We know and understand that students are busy and we want to make sure that every student can participate. With this being said, we strongly discourage students from coming late or leaving early. If a student needs to miss a section of the trip for a previously scheduled event, please contact your Campus Students Team.

  • If there is financial hardship within your family, and financial assistance is needed, there may be some assistance available. Please contact the Student Staff at your campus for next steps.

  • Deposit of $100 is due upon registration and is non-refundable. Remaining payments can be made through your Planning Center account using the email address you used to register.
