Southland Residency

Southland Residency is a post-graduate experience for young adults interested in local church ministry!

We want to make an impact for Jesus that goes beyond Southland, which is why we believe in investing in the next generation—and a big part of that is developing healthy leaders to serve the church for the long haul. So a few years ago, we started a Residency program designed to prepare young leaders for local church ministry. It’s a year-long program where young adults who feel called to this kind of ministry can learn what it looks like to serve in the church, get hands-on ministry experience, and be sent out to serve wherever God leads them.
