At Southland, we want to create clear pathways for people to encounter Jesus. Our goal is to do everything we can to provide the best experience possible for our guests so that each person feels seen, welcomed, and valued here.

Whether it’s directing traffic, greeting guests as they walk in, helping them find a seat, or handing out coffee and donuts, there are so many ways you can serve.
